Kenina is a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial Team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney.

Kenina is admitted to practice in both the People’s Republic of China and New South Wales, Australia. Before joining JurisBridge Legal, she gained extensive experience at a leading Chinese law firm in Shanghai where she advised on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and compliance matters. Kenina advises on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including (but not limited to) acquisitions, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts and inbound/outbound investment transactions.

With her bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin and her cross-jurisdictional legal background, Kenina assists clients in navigating complex corporate and commercial transactions between Australia and China. Her practice focuses on providing clear, commercially practical advice tailored to each client’s business objectives.
