- Charles assists senior solicitors in preparing a wide range of court documents, including statements of claim, defences, replies to requests for further and better particulars, notices of motion, affidavits, and subpoenas, ensuring that all materials comply with procedural and practical court requirements.
- In addition, he has drafted numerous documents relating to debt recovery, including default notices, termination notices, letters of demand, and statutory demands, assisting clients in efficiently advancing their recovery processes.
- Charles has also supported solicitors in handling complex commercial disputes before the Supreme Court of New South Wales, involving claims exceeding AUD 8 million and covering both procedural and substantive legal issues.
- Beyond civil and commercial matters, Charles also provides support in criminal law cases, including matters involving apprehended domestic violence orders, common assault, and traffic offences. He has successfully obtained Section 10 dismissals and conditional release order, enabling clients to avoid criminal convictions.
