Charles has a broad practice spanning civil and commercial litigation, criminal law and immigration law. He has experience representing and assisting clients in proceedings before the Local Court of New South Wales, the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.

His civil and commercial litigation experience includes matters involving corporations law, construction disputes, real property disputes, debt recovery and employment law. He advises clients on matters including oppressive conduct, statutory demands and winding-up applications, defective building work, constructive and resulting trusts, general protections and unfair dismissal claims, and has extensive experience preparing court documents and managing litigation procedures.

Charles also advises and represents clients in criminal matters, including traffic offences, assault, stalking and intimidation, and apprehended domestic violence orders. He has assisted clients in achieving favourable outcomes, including Section 10 dismissals and conditional release orders where appropriate.

In addition to his litigation practice, Charles advises clients on Australian immigration matters, including Subclass 482, 186, 600 and 143 visa applications. He assists clients throughout the application process, from assessing eligibility and preparing supporting documentation to addressing issues that arise during the application.
